The play we went to see was Spoon River Anthology.
I loved all of the characters. It was amazing how the
actors managed to change personalities so quickly without leaving
the stage. I love Bridget Hanley. She changed her voice to be many
different characters. Her expressions were great. All the
actors were very believable. They were so into the play. Everyone knew their lines well and always knew where to go on stage. I could
understand everything they said. I loved the way the lighting was done for
certain stories that the characters told. For example, when a
character described a fire the lights in the background turned red. The audience didn't clap much until
the end but I think it's because no one wanted to miss what was
happening. The two guitarists, Jane George and Andy Taylor, were
great! The audience couldn't stop laughing at some of their songs. Everything about the play was great and I
would go see it again. We talked to the actors after the performance. They told
us they all had their special favorite moments and they all
helped each other out. They gave us some tips too. If you
don't remember a line, keep talking and the audience won't notice.

Sharon (Teacher): The performance was awesome! One
of my students saw the production twice and brought her mother the
second time. They are in love with Bridget and think she's
absolutely wonderful.
